2014 Apr undergone perianal abscess drain 2017 Nov operated for Piles Grade III using laser technic,fissures and sphincterotomy after 6days found a channel with swelling on the abscess drained with boil antibiotics prescribed,10 days bleeding started with ever BM after 16 days stool softener and sucralcoat cream given. At present I am without medication, should I undergo op for fistula in ano or the antibiotics will help to cure.
