Got spots on neck 2yrs back,faded to little extent.Then 6months back again got one on the forearm below elbow,my doc said that its lichen planus.and again 1 month back got small reddish ulcer in mouth on both sides,and said its related to this,and i researched that it might lead to oral cancer.pls help me how to stop these to progress further..thnx
