I have acne on my face and it easily gets tanned too.Also I have pigmentation and dark patches on my face.So, can you tell me how to get rid of hyperpigmentation,severe acne and tanning?

Hair fall along with severe acne can be a sign of hormonal imbalance most likely due to pcod. It needs to be tested for and treated.
