Pigment epithelial detachment. Blurred vision. It was in left eye previously but now its in both eyes.
i think you mean to say retinal pigment epithelium. it is an important layer of retina. it's detachment may be self limiting depending upon the site and extent.take antioxdants. but it may also cause serious problems in future so be in regular contact with your retina specialist and follow his advice.
