I completely loss my vitamins and minerals due eating of pica items my skin completely allergic and black I eat so much of rawrice chalk and soil now I leave all pica item but I suffer from hair loss skin colure change...I meet psychiatry in Benglur he gave a medication for leaving the object but he did not give the treatment to minerals and vitamins deficiency and other problems what can I do now I want to back to normal please help me
