I am 30 year old and I have phymosis. I want to know about the circumcision surgery.. I heard that after circumcision there will be a problem of sensitivity and sexual life will be disturbed..is it true. Is there any other option which is 100% alternative to circumcision to treat phymosis.?

Circumcision is removal of prepuce (dore skin). Sexual function is not related with fore skin, rather related with glans penis.

Surgery is essential to relieve phimosis, otherwise other complications will develop due to phimosis, like urine obstruction and effects on kidneys.
