Hi , I have Photosensitivity problem for since one year which results to itchy and dotted skin .Is there any permanent solution to cure. Those dotted marks are not hiding

Hi . greetings . best cure in your case prevention. That is avoid sun exposure - stay indoors during peak hours of ten to four in the day time when u v index is very high. Use a sunscreen of atleast SPF 30 and high critical wavelength. Take lot of oral anti oxidants. Wear clothing that covers your body maximally. Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal
