Which profession of doctor should I consult for phimosis either urologist or general physician and which doctor will be best in Hyderabad.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Phimosis requires surgical management by circumcision which is done by general surgeon. You can contact any general surgeon at any good hospital near you and they will do it. It's a small procedure. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
