My son is 11 years old. The foreskin in his penis is not retracting. It's almost fully covered. Is surgery important? Is surgery the only way?

Hello.... The condition is phimosis which u are referring to. Surgery is the best treatment for it and the most effective one. Its a minor surgery, less to be bothered about.
