Petachiae on left inner cheek

Recently i had observed its turning brownish, now i see petachiae over it as well.. is it something serious? No smoke drink tobacco history.. I has wisdom tooth in that side since a year or so , previously i had marked petachiaes but this time its brown spot too.. Pls help

Petechiae is most common in the oral cavity..it is a small bleed on rupture of blood vessel in mucosa  which happens very common..at occlusal plane..on buccal mucosa. Wisdom complications will be different  like pain, redness, pus ,swelling and white keratinized soft tissue.
