As my husband suffered from sore throat, Doctor suggested acute tonsillitis and given tablets. Symptoms worsened we went for followup doctor said peritonsilitis and given antibiotics...? Any concerns or admissions required or only Antibiotics enough

Good afternoon If there is inability to open mouth and not able to take feeds better admission or else continue oral antibiotics
