Hi, it looks like urinary tract infection(UTI).UTI most common in females. Burning micturition, fever,pain abdomen are the symptoms. Go for cbc, urine routine, culture and sensitivity test, drink more water.consult general physician or gynaecologist for furthur evaluation and treatment.
