Persistent undiagnosed red bumps

Hi, I developed several red dumps on my chest a few years ago. I have never found a cure. They are about 1cm wide and spread in a linear pattern. They don’t itch nor do they irritate me. They have changed shape over the years and developed more small ones. They appear slightly scaley and raised. Kind Regards, Flynn
