In January i had moved to my hometown. It's very cold in my hometown. I felt extremely cold one day and from the next day i started having fever. I took medications like Azithromycin, citragen, paracetamol. It became better. But after somedays the same low grade fever came. I take the medications and it goes away but it keeps coming back after somedays. I feel very down. Not able to work or study properly. Even get digestion issues. What should I do?
