I recently travelled to Cancun, Mexico and have been back now for 7 days. I am still having some abdominal cramping and loose stools, should I be concerned or is it just a long case of travellera diarrhea. I did drink a half a glass of their tap water (stupid, I know).

Well sir if the cramps and diarrhoea is severe then yes you would need antibiotics and also have to go for stool examination ..It's better you consult a doctor as diarrhoea can make you dehydrated...We may also have to start you on SPOROLAC and anti diarrhoeal like ritodril...Plaese meet a physician
