Headache since a week , becomes intense during evenings. Have taken paracetamol twice every day but still no relief.

Is it associates with nausea? Is it stress related since it happens in the evening or caffeine dependence? In place of paracetamol, next time dissolve 2 pills of Disprin in half glass water and drink. Take Matilda forte tab 1-0-0 , 1 tab in the morning for next 2 months.
