Periods returned aft a month of csection

I had c section delivery on 22nd July 2021, It was placenta abruption, baby didn't survive so not breastfeeding. Bleeding continued for 10 days. And stopped . Started bleeding again on 22nd August 2021( exactly a month after c section) . Is it start of my periods ? I heard it will start after 6 weeks of delivery. Have mild back pain ( same as periods pain)
