I am 28 years old. I had irregular periods in last few months and from last 2-3 months I missed my periods. Please can you tell me why it happens to me?

Delayed periods can have many causes. Please do a urine pregnancy test. You will need few other tests as well. Consult a gynaecologist with reports.
