My periods are coming in earlier as compared to before. After every 20 days or so. And i also experience a feeling of heat in my vagina. Dont understand why. I have 2 kids. Elder one is 4 years. Younger one is 1.5years

Hi, most common cause of irregular and early menses is hormonal imbalance. You require further investigation, blood tests and sonography. A course of hormonal pills may take care of your problem.
