We had protected sex 2 days before periods and she is getting very low blood flow is she pregnant and getting breaks in between of periods

Pregnancy takes 10-14 days to establish. So she's not pregnant. Wait for few days. She may get proper period by herself. Or it's possible that she has not ovulated this month and that's why bleeding is scanty
