I get severe stomach pain during my periods. It becomes unbearable every time. Form the past 2 years it has increased abnormally. Sometimes I faint on my 1st day due to excessive pain. I used to take methal spas. It never really worked for me. I consulted a doctor. I started taking ultracet but didn't help. Suggest pls
