Periods got delayed for 2months for my wife and tsh value is 33.01 . her stomach is little bloted and she is getting head ache frequently what might be an.issue...please let us know as she is too worried

She need to start Thyroid medicine asap after consulting physician. Rule out pregnany with blood HCG test,if negative take tablets for withdrawal bleeding
