I had my last period on 8 th october. I have regular periods on a 28 day cycle with each one lasting roughly 3-4 days. I have not been sexually active and attached here is the file attesting to that. Please advice.

Dear Practo user, You can take progesterone (eg. Tab Meprate) for withdrawal bleeding. If delayed periods recur, it is advisable to get ultrasound of lower abdomen done and consult Gynaecologist.
