Hello, My daughter  is 12years old. Her monthly mensuration cycle has been delayed for more than 2 months. She has not experiencing any other problem with that.

With the start of the menstrual cycle.. The cycle maybe a bit irregular.. It will be normal with time. If it is still irregular.. An ultrasound lower abdomen and pelvis and gynaecologist opinion will help.

consult a gynaecologist if menses dont occur even after 3 months of last menstrual period.nothing much to worry just follow up.
