I am 30 years old male. I am suffering from a pain in my perineum since Friday. I just completed a trek on Thursday after which the pain started.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Did you have any injuries? As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, get it checked out. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
