I had a colonoscopy 2 1/2 weeks ago. I've had some discomfort since but in the last 3 days I am have pretty severe perineal pain especially when my rectum is full. Is that something to be concerned with?

Might be some internal bleeding or inflammation.. Go for repeat USG lower abdomen, to rule out other causes.. Detail history and examination needs to be done
