Suffering pulsating pain rt jaw lower side.diagnosed peri epical abcess.dr advices fr extraction of tooth and implantation.previous history of rct of same tooth. I don't want extraction of tooth.what should I do

Hi, Kindly share the pic of the x ray taken of the tooth u suffering . Kindly give the details of the rct previously done. Re Rct procedure can be tried after evaluation of the tooth clinically n radiographically and sound tooth structure remains with no signs of fracture. Or else tooth extraction is the last option
