Perfect timing for pregnancy check

I have ruptured on 15 th day of my periods and had sex on that night coz i want to concieve that is on the date 22of july and i have checked my pregnancy twice through prega news the first one shows invalid and second one show negative result can u tell me which is the perfect timing to check if m pregnant or not... That tooo before my periods... Plz help
