My brother got pepper spayed none stop and its hurting him real bad what would be the side effects

Wash with clean water as much as possible , you should use Refresh liquigel eye drops one hrly + Tobrex eye drops 3-4 times till you consult ophthmologist nearby .

Hello This may cause Inflammation in eye along with corneal erosion Try A.  Wash eyes with clean water B.  Cold compresses C.  Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop like carboxymethylcellulose frequently D.  He may need steroid eyedrop like prednisolone depending on amount of Inflammation I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
