Hello This may cause Inflammation in eye along with corneal erosion Try A.  Wash eyes with clean water B.  Cold compresses C.  Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop like carboxymethylcellulose frequently D.  He may need steroid eyedrop like prednisolone depending on amount of Inflammation I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
