Hello Sir. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. There is a substitute for this Medicine,  but unfortunately in injectable form in 24 lakhs strength. The brand name of injectable form is Inj. Penidure 24 lakhs to be given intramuscularly at hips or gluteus one and the same region and the injectable form is very potent & efficacy is very high as compared to oral form. Kindly ask your Doctor better, what to do. You can also call him for the approval. Regards.
