My son 4th year running..has took his phant for urinals and unfortunately his tip of pennis went into zip..and as it was struck and we took him to hospital. Doctor gave him 2 injections (1for anestia)directly given to pennis and removed the zip..he said it was only for outer skin was strucked and no problem..but it was looking swollen and big im size .my doubt is when will it become normal in size..doctor didnt give any medicines or ointments..son is feeling pain while urinating..is it normal..iam attaching pic for reference ..plz help me..with ur suggestions
