Hi there...it is natural to have a uncircumcised penis. If you want a circumcised penis, you can consult a general surgeon or urologist, they will do circumcision. It's just a simple opd procedure. You will need feel days rest following that. Few religions belief make people to go for circumcision. Otherwise it's left upto you if want your penis circumcised or uncircumcised. There are a few rare cases of scc developing from uncircumcised foreskin (very rare). So it's totally upto your personal choice.
