Dear Doctor, Myself Arun , 26 years old. It's serious problem as I am married and whenever I get involved in intimation with my wife , underside of the penis skin gets torned..it is happening Everytime nowadays whenever I want to be romantic with my wife.. Same place all the time. And it's not because I am too harsh during intercourse, it happens as soon as I start. Can you please help me out with this problem as it's ruining my sex life.
