My penis have some problem like some red spots on top of penis I can see, sometimes itching on foreskin only. Sometimes smelly discharge also not frequently. It's been almost 3 wee. Sometimes condition is OK and fine. Sometimes not. Though not worst. And sometimes while sperm ejaculation minor pain was also there. Please suggest.
