I have big penis that is stretched most of the time not flaccid nor erected. Which causes big buldge on pant. People look me very bad way for this. Due to this buldge i have not able to wear shirt inn.  And i am feeling shame for this. Is there any way to decrease penis size or any way to hide that buldge.. plz help
