I’m an 18 year old male. I’m uncircumcised. When I retract my foreskin, my glans are very sensitive to touch. Is there a way to reduce it? And also when I urinate while I’m retracted the stream of piss is very small but strong. I think my urinal meatus is small. What should I do to fix this? I don’t like to get circumcised. Thanks.

Well if urine stream is strong and uninterrupted then there is no problem .Glans is sensitive for everybody u can apply some coconut oil as a massage to it to make it supple.
