Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What kind of ulcer is it? How can we know what it os without seeing. Kindly get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.  After examining only a treatment can be done. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
