Hello Dr. I have question about Penis bondage & torture I tie my penis with 5 to 10 rubbers band for 30 to 40 minutes Around The Base Of My Penis while mustrbuting is it safe or not? I tied many times suddenly one day some hidden veins show under the glance its still showing but there us no pain is it safe for me or not?
