Hi doctor, I have a small band like thing in my right penis shaft it's been so many months but it isn't going away there is no pain or ed or anything like that but sometimes it curve a little to the opposite side of that band swelling also it doesn't move with skin it started when i used penile device or male sexual penis ring rubber kindly guide me what it is and how to get rid of it.
