Penis inner color changing

Respected doctors I am suffering from this problem from a month. Inner skin of penis gets changed into black, brown, purple, pink etc. There is any need of worry or not. I went to a government dispensary. There one doctor suggested that it is normal. But for further convenience, I would like to ask you. Please tell the proper solution of my problem. Plzzz
