To be honest, last week I did mastrubation forcefully by rubbing against bed, after that, the foreskin got blood clot and it started paining but after 2 days, foreskin got normal and now it's fine. But still I get light pain in penis shaft? Why am getting? Please suggest me remedy and also suggest how can I avoid mastrubation?
