I am a 19 year old boy. My forskin is pretty tight. Ony half my penis head is exposed when i pull my foreskin down. And if the slightest of touch happens on the head after the foreskin is down, a kind of strong sense like a shock happens.

since head is covered with foreskin, inside pink head will be sensitive only. By making you practice skin retrieval and desensitization with local jellies will make it less sensitive. Consult Sexologist.
