Respected Sir, I have a penis sized 4.2 inches, which looks pretty much small due to thinner circumference too. I want to enlarge my penis size in length and girth without the use of any surgical or medicines, but instead using Natural methods which could specific exercises and diet. I am in real need of suggestion, so Kindly help in this regard to
