Hi, I have a small tiny ball of maybe 1mm round inside of my male organ and it can move around in some directions and it doesn't hurt or irritate and it can't be STD as it's not in my family genetics aswell as I haven't had sex yet and i am 16 years old so maybe it's something to do with puberty and it's there for couple of years atleast already and it feels relatively hard. Maybe you can help me
