Hi doctor. I've been having small white bumps on penis head. Not ppp. They are harmless and in small clusters. Also every morning when I wake up I have whitish plaque on my penis. I haven't had sex for over a year. No discharge or anything from urethra. Sometimes mild burning underside penis tip.
