Plz help me. I AM just 19 y boy. I feel I will no more. Because I loss my sexual activity. My penis becomes so tight in flaccid state and some tightness feel at tailbone. Plz help me. I am very depressed. I don't know what I do. Plz help। I dont get morning ERECTION. When I get erretion ( by stimulation) then my penis tip move. Plz teel what is this. Dont teel ayurvedic or homeopathy. I Trust you but plz help me. Plz.
