My penis foreskin is often inflamed and gets small cuts during masturbation or intercourse. There is a growth of pale tissue on the foreskin area that was regularly injured, slight bending and discomfort at the base of penis which is prominent after masturbation, even when flaccid. Should I consult a urologist, sexologist or a general physician?
