Initially I had small redish spots on the glans, and later a dark brown spot appeared, no pain no itching. I took Flucanazole for 6 days and things subsided, the brown spot gradually not as prominent but still there. A few weeks later things flared up red pimples back and a rash/sore appeared on the neck under the foreskin. There is a bit of burning sensation. I had tried using a cream for candida but it does not help.
