But actually I am unable to understand what type of pimples or lesions you are talking about because you are not very clear about the description of symptoms and your language is not understandable with respect to your sexual history. I could probably try and help with diagnosis if you could send snaps of the lesions on follow up messaging with proper history please. alternatively, please see a qualified dermatologist.
