I AM HAVING LOWER ABDOMEN PAIN WITH BACKACHE.THIS PAIN SOME TIME GOES TO MY TESTICLES. ALSO, I FEEL MORE URGE OF URINATION IN NIGHT EVEN AFTER NO FLUID INTAKE. i got done my urine test. report attached...also my usg  scrotum n usg abdomen is attached. usg scrotum is normal kindly suggest some antibiotics to relieve pain... thank you.
